Instant Racking Solution for Honda

Using the LeanTek system, supplied by the Tube & Bracket Company Limited, HUM associates built two mobile racks ready for loading and operation in under two hours. The racks, which measured 3m by 1.3m, had to be assembled in situ on the mezzanine deck. The parts were delivered in component form and easily transported to the deck ready for assembly.

Tube & Bracket Company technicians were on site to assist HUM staff as they built their racks from scratch for the first time. After a short training session, the HUM team was impressed with the ease and speed in which the racks were assembled using the simplest of tools.
