The LeanTek system consists of coated steel piping, joints and fixture components enabling the design and build of bespoke racks and assemblies not readily available 'off the shelf'.
The LeanTek system utilises galvanised steel tube for long term durability and is coated with a 0.8mm thick thermoplastic coating available in a variety of colours. Tubes are both 1mm thick and 2mm thick for heavier duty applications. An ESD version is also available for use in static sensitive areas.
The vast array of joints and adaptor brackets allow an almost unlimited array of structures to be produced. Manufactured in 2.5mm thick steel and finished with a black zinc coating providing a high impact and corrosion resistant surface. Nickel plated joints are also available for use in ESD applications.
“We can build workstations and lineside storage to exactly the size we need and so far have saved around a third of floor space which can now be used for other tasks,” David Hall, Production Engineer, Baxi Heating UK
An extensive range of both insert and plate mounted castors is available for the design of mobile racks and trolleys. Varying wheel sizes are utilised to suit specific load capacities, solid or pneumatic tyres can be specified to suit the operating environment.
Heavy duty rollertracks combined with a full range of adaptor brackets complete the LeanTek product range, enabling the design live storage racks with first-in-first-out stock management. A variety of integral guides is available to ensure accurate stock separation and identification within the pick face.
The modular system enables rapid implementation and reconfiguration. New or temporary applications can be built quickly and adapted easily to meet changing process requirements. This means that the overall cost of implementation and ownership is reduced because all components can be re-used for new applications.
